Fantastic Service
Weve just completed our remortgage today and our experience has been brilliant from my initial enquiry with Sam to my final call with Kristin. The service from Sam and Kristin has been first class - friendly, professional and delivering exactly as promised. I hadnt heard of this company previously but they absolutely deserve the praise they get and I would recommend them without hesitation. From start to finish James, Karl and the team did everything possible to get us the best possible mortgage offer available and to stay on board throughout the entire transaction overseeing every step with out best interests in mind. Interest Only Remortgage
On 27th Nov. I approached Magpie Money aka Intelligent Mortgage Solutions for an equity release mortgage as I am 68, to pay off an interest only mortgage with Barclays. Andy suggested a more traditional Interest Only mortgage, which I had been told by several other lenders, including Barclays, was not possible. Within a reasonable time he found me a suitable product, which progressed through to completion a couple of days ago. The lender demands to get there were a bit onerous and we had a few sticky moments, but Helen guided the way through the challenges to a satisfactory conclusion.
