Brilliant

Recently, I needed to remortgage two properties while going through a divorce and financial settlement — an incredibly stressful and challenging time. I needed clear, trustworthy advice and genuine support, and that’s exactly what I received from the Magpie Money team. Their professionalism, care, and personal attention gave real meaning to the term “customer care.” A special thank you goes to Barry Marks, the General Manager, whose professional, diligent, and proactive approach was second to none. His consistent support — regularly checking in, following up with solicitors, and taking steps to move things forward when complications arose — made an enormous difference. I genuinely can’t express how much that support meant to me during such a difficult time. Thanks also to Ben and Sam R, Senior Brokers, who were always professional, approachable, and responsive. Barry and Sam were extremely helpful throughout. They answered my queries promptly and clearly, and I felt there was nothing to worry about from start to finish. They kept me updated at each step and the fees were exactly as quoted with no surprises. They coordinated smoothly with the lender and conveyancer, which made the whole process straightforward. I’d happily recommend Magpie Money and would use them again.
